Mr. Håkonsen has over 20 years of experience within finance, accounting, audit, and tax. Prior to joining Obligo in 2013, he worked for six years with the Real Estate and Shipping team at ABG Sundal Collier, following more than five years as a public accountant. Since 2017, he has successfully led Obligo Business Services through a period of significant technological transformation, transitioning the company from paper-based operations to cloud-based solutions while meeting increasingly stringent industry and regulatory demands. In addition to his expertise in year-end reporting and tax matters, Mr. Håkonsen has played a key role in developing strategic plans and implementing new corporate structures. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Auditing from Nord University in Bodø, Norway, and is both an Authorized Accountant and State Authorized Public Accountant registered with the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway (Finanstilsynet).

Mrs. Ulfsbøl has more than 20 years of broad experience in finance, audit, accounting, and tax. Prior to joining Obligo in 2013, she was a partner at ABG Sundal Collier, working with the Real Estate and Shipping team from 2005. She also has more than 10 years of audit experience from BDO. Mrs. Ulfsbøl has been instrumental in ensuring accurate reporting to key stakeholders, including Blackstone and PFA Pension, and has played a strategic role in developing new corporate structures. She is actively involved in internal operations, as well as in annual financial statements and tax advisory services. Mrs. Ulfsbøl is a State Authorized Public Accountant, NHH Norwegian School of Economics in Bergen, registered with the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway (Finanstilsynet).

Mrs. Sellæg specializes in managing complex corporate structures that require meticulous compliance with demanding accounting regulations, including annual financial statements and tax advisory services. With expertise in managing both Swedish and Norwegian accounts, Mr. Rönnqvist now leads Obligo Business Services' Swedish branch. He is also responsible for building the new business area focused on operating companies for wind power. He holds a bachelor's degree from Norwegian Business School (BI) in Oslo.
